Welcome back to our Flashback Friday blog series. Today's flashback is to this unbelievably stunning spring, flowery elopement collaboration.

To start with the bad news, I sadly could not attend in person as the weeks of illness had finally caught up with yours truly. BUT the best news, this shoot brought Nina and I together! With her she brought the whole vision to life with her rentals and style and I am forever grateful! Last Minute Rentals has been amazing to work with on many occasions this year and I love that she has so many options. Speaking of rentals, Oliver Events was also involved with this beautiful set up. I love working with Siera as she has a great eye and has absolutely beautiful pieces! My personal favorite is their wooden barrels and wooden benches.

Megan from Dallas Olga Photo Co. reached out to me for decorating this stylized wedding. Megan and her team are truly talented and the company they have created is such a gift to photography in Alberta!

I love these collaborations because they are truly beautiful and watching everyone bring their passion and vision to life is amazing. Cork & Crate Estates is the perfect place to be married and has everything you could want for a rustic chic wedding. The outdoor space is large and inside you will find beautiful antique furniture that brings the whole feel together.

When Megan sent me the shoot details and inspo I was smitten with the colors and design. When everything came together the poops of color that came our in the flowers, desserts, food and drinks were perfection! B Nest Studios had the most colorful and beautiful flowers picked for floral pieces and bouquets. The desserts not only brought in color but also brought in florals! These desserts and the cake from bake patisserie included florals in the baking. It was stunning and added to the overall vibe perfectly. Working with Michelle from Honey B Charcuterie is always a pleasure. We first met in 2021 and her spreads and attention to detail is always a show stopper! I also have worked with Scotch and Soda Mobile Bar and they always include inventive ways to bring any theme to life through their bar services! The champagne tower was an add to this that was next level!

When the pictures and behind the scenes were sent to me, I was captivated by the models and how stunning they were! The team for dress, tux, hair, makeup and jewelry was perfection. Novia Mia Bridal Boutique has a gown for every vision and that has been the case for more than one of the styled shoots we have done. Jensens Menswear has all grooms and groomsmen looking more than dapper! Mel with Caliber Hair Co. perfected the styled bridal wavy curl look along with Steph from La Boheme Beauty and Skin brought the best polished, dewy, glowing bridal make up look brought this bridal look to perfection. Our jewelry from The Golden Touch Goldsmiths added that extra level of glamour to both looks.

Way back when, Megan and her team also out together a beautiful blog post that brought together the words of all the vendors and it was beautiful and it was truly wonderful to be included. Check that out here!
